Jamie Crofford
For over twenty years Jamie has managed startups and ventures—often overseeing graphics projects—across the United States in various capacities. He has led several entrepreneurial ventures throughout his career, and enjoys leading with a client-focused perspective. Jamie holds an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
Jamie lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and three children. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his kids, staying involved in their youth sports, reading, and playing golf.

Josh Crofford
Josh has been on the entrepreneurial side of advertising for over twenty years. He has played a key role and been a partner in start-ups as well as expanding his family business of publications nationwide. Josh graduated from Southern Methodist University with B.A. in Advertising.
Josh lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, Erin, and three children. He enjoys the outdoors — hunting, playing golf, and spending time with his family on the lake.

Lauren Newby
Lauren is dedicated to connecting brands with their target audiences. A motivated, results-driven leader, she brings 15 years of experience in national cable media sales, specializing in cross-platform and multi-market opportunities. After her career in cable advertising, she expanded her expertise into experiential marketing and local print/publishing. Lauren holds a BBA in Marketing from Southern Methodist University and enjoys family time and competitive tennis.

Lisa Burch
Lisa is an experienced marketing strategist with expertise across creative and account services, from media planning and buying to commercial production. She has managed national, regional, and local accounts, with the last 10 years focused on dental and healthcare marketing. Formerly a client herself, Lisa experienced the value of targeted school marketing before joining the Walraven team. She holds an M.A. in Communication from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in Communication from James Madison University. Based in Austin, TX, Lisa enjoys time with family, friends, and weekly pickleball.

Erin Crofford
Erin was born and raised in Kansas City and earned her B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas before moving to Texas, where she also received her teaching degree and taught K–12. At Walraven, she continues her passion for education while enjoying the flexibility to prioritize family. Erin lives in Austin with her husband, Josh, and their three children. She enjoys walking her two dogs, practicing yoga and Pilates, and spending summers together on the lake.
