Jamie Crofford
For over twenty years Jamie has managed startups and ventures—often overseeing graphics projects—across the United States in various capacities. He has led several entrepreneurial ventures throughout his career, and enjoys leading with a client-focused perspective. Jamie holds an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
Jamie lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and three children. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his kids, staying involved in their youth sports, reading, and playing golf.

Josh Crofford
Josh has been on the entrepreneurial side of advertising for over twenty years. He has played a key role and been a partner in start-ups as well as expanding his family business of publications nationwide. Josh graduated from Southern Methodist University with B.A. in Advertising.
Josh lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, Erin, and three children. He enjoys the outdoors — hunting, playing golf, and spending time with his family on the lake.

Lauren Newby
Lauren is dedicated to connecting brands with their targeted audience! She is a highly motivated, results driven leader with experience in strategic planning, consultative selling, cross platform opportunities and multi-market sales.
Lauren has 15 years of experience in national cable media sales with a focus on selling cross platform/multi-market opportunities. Following 15 years of cable advertising, focused on experiential marketing and local print/ publishing. Lauren holds a BBA in Marketing from Southern Methodist University.
Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and competitive tennis.

Lisa Burch
Lisa is an experienced marketing strategist who has worked in both creative and account services sides of advertising. She likes to think outside the box to help clients reach their marketing objectives.
From media planning and buying to producing commercials, she has a range of experience in many aspects of strategic marketing. When working for ad agencies, Lisa managed national, regional and local accounts. For the last 10 years she worked specifically with dental and healthcare clients helping their brands reach the desired markets. Prior to joining the Walraven team, Lisa was a dental client who saw the value of targeted school marketing and the benefits of reaching families in local communities.
Lisa has a M.A. in Communication from Pepperdine University and B.S. in Communication from James Madison University. She has lived on both coasts and now lives in the center of the country in Austin, TX. She enjoys spending time with family, friends and weekly pickle ball games.

With a background in both sales and sales leadership within the homebuilding industry, she is passionate about understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Throughout her career, Monika has cultivated expertise in various aspects of sales, from direct client engagement to team leadership. She believes that effective sales go beyond transactions; it’s about creating partnerships that solve problems and achieve shared goals.
Born and raised in Texas, Monika holds a BBA in Management from Texas State University. Currently based in Austin, TX, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.

Erin Crofford
Erin was born and raised in Kansas City and made her way to Texas after graduating from the University of Kansas with a BA in Communication Studies. She received her teaching degree after moving to Texas and taught various K-12 grades. Walraven has allowed her to continue to work in education with a flexible schedule so she is able to spend as much time as possible with her family.
Erin lives in Austin with her husband, Josh. They have three children that keep them busy with school and activities. Erin enjoys spending her free time walking her two dogs, in a Yoga or Pilates studio and spending time as a family in the summers on a lake nearby.
