Our company, Walraven has been donating supplies to schools for over 100 years (since 1918 to be exact). We started as a book cover company and have evolved with schools over the years to donate many other items to fit our campuses needs. We are well known in Texas and have started working in other states over the last few years. If you grew up in Texas, you may remember covering your textbooks each year. Years ago, Walraven lobbied with the state and has donated book covers to every district in Texas at one time or another.

The folders are aqueous coated paper pocket folders. This coating makes them more durable so that they will last throughout the school year.

Your donation will be shipped directly to your campus before the start of the new school year. Once your donation ships, you will receive a UPS notification to your email with UPS tracking information so that you know exactly when your donation will arrive.

Yes, all of our donations are 100% free to the schools. There is never a charge to the school or district. The sponsor pays for everything including, the supply, design and shipping. Receiving the donation is dependent upon sponsorship.

Absolutely! Most schools choose the 3 year, but we are happy to send a 1 year enrollment form to complete if that is what works best for your campus.

Receiving the donation is always dependent upon sponsorship. You will never owe any money. If your current sponsor is unable to donate to your campus the following year, we will try to find another sponsor. If we are unable to do so, we will let you know so that you are able to make other arrangements.

Potentially, as long as the sponsor is able to provide more mid-year according to their budget. We always add an additional amount to the enrollment number you give us to accommodate for enrollment changes or replacements.
