A Busy Summer, A Strong Start
This summer, the Walraven team worked closely with our printing partners and schools to deliver nearly 2 million products on time—ensuring students and educators had what they needed from day one. Every product we deliver helps teachers, students, and families stay organized while saving schools valuable time and money.

It's a very busy time now that the school year is underway. Here are some key dates to help keep you informed throughout the year:
Sponsor Samples Coming Soon!
Our team is working hard to provide product samples to all of our valued sponsors. We know how fun it is to see these products come to life, and we can't wait for you to see receive them.
When they arrive, showcase them in your workplace, across social media channels, and with your field marketing teams. These samples can be powerful marketing tools that also highlight your community support.
Gratitude from Schools
We've already begun receiving thank you's from schools expressing their appreciation for the generous donations from their sponsors.
This October, we'll pass along the thank-you notes, so keep an eye out! You won't want to miss seeing the impact your support has on schools.
Tip: When you receive your thank-you notes, snap a pic and share them on social media and in your place of business!
Opportunities to Support Your Schools
Now is a perfect time for sponsors to reconnect with their schools and explore additional ways to show up. Here are some ideas on how to provide extra support:
Donate Additional Classroom Essentials: Teachers are always looking for essential items such as tissues, pens/pencils, and dry erase markers—and often use their own money to supplement classroom supplies.
On-site Opportunities: Does your school host a career day? This could be a great chance to visit the campus and share your experience! Or host an activity booth at your school's Fall Festival to connect directly with families.
Support Teachers and the PTO: Sponsor an afternoon treat for teachers and/or the PTO. It's an easy way to show your support while engaging with your local community.
